Returns & Cancellations

Prices for live-priced items are locked at the moment an order is placed. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the payment window shown at checkout, and any reserved inventory is released. Bullion sales are final once payment is received, except for items that arrive damaged or that are not what was ordered. Any such issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
