Terms of Use

This page is a first draft pending legal review, not complete legal terms. By using this site, you agree to use it for lawful purposes connected to browsing and purchasing the products offered here. Product descriptions, weights, and purity are provided to the best of our knowledge; exact coin/bar years may vary as noted ("Random Year") where applicable. Pricing for live-priced items is based on current metals spot prices plus a markup and may change until an order is placed, at which point it is locked in. All content on this site -- including text, photography, and design -- belongs to Stephens Treasure Shop and may not be reused without permission. These terms may be updated from time to time.
